Arkansas had a garbage roster. Their entire staff deserves massive kudos for going 8-4.

They were 2-10 in BOTH of the two previous seasons before Pittman took over.

Amen. Briles has an RB playing QB as well.

He’s not better than Brady imo, and should not be our top choice, but he’s a **** good OC.

He’s garbage. He literally lost games for FSU. His play calling was so bad that at times I thought he was throwing games. He gave his defense about 45 seconds on average to rest.

The problem with the fanbase is that some of us were old enough to remember when we actually competed for national titles. I am one of those people. Some of the new posters have no recollection of the 80s and early 90s. They just watched "The U" series and just piggy backed off that.

Yeah he had the top offense in the SEC..and that got him...nothing. Arkansas finished tied for 3rd in the SEC West at 4-4.

Are we in the business of trying to win the national title or are yall just cool with winning the ACC coastal and maybe winning the ACC title from time to time? Nobody seems to want to answer this question. Maybe its because you know the answer..Kendal Briles offense has not been proven to win a national title. And at 8M a year with a HUGE staffing budget...Mario at some point is going to have to deliver one of those. If you think Kendall can do it? Fine. Thats your opinoin. I disagree.

I watch a lot of FSU and that team was disorganized and a mess on both sides of the ball. Maybe that traces back to Taggart but I am not a fan. I haven't watched Arkansas so maybe FSU was an aberration but color me very, very unimpressed with Briles.

I have no idea who is a realistic OC option but Briles has to be behind Mullen, Brady, Herman if we're ranking candidates.

Possibly the worst coordinating I’ve seen since Patrick Nix. No situational awareness. No balance. No concern for time of possession. Absolutely no recognition of the limits of his QB and WRs. Dude called plays like he had Andre Ware at QB.
