Guy was a monster recruiter and has been an NFL AHC for a few years now. Very well respected in NFL circles. Great energy too. Calling defense is not like calling offense. If he's been groomed by Pete Carroll (he has) that's some pretty good alpha right there. Top of the food chain.

Personally I am staying open-minded and am steadfast in the belief that there is a man in charge of hiring that I can have faith in for the first time in a long, long, time.

we had Manny Diaz and Blake baker so anyone is an upgrade. the name doesn't wow me but I am trusting Mario on this.
