@RedPill Stepdad made a post about option 1, 2 and 3, I don't feel like looking for it, but I like Dorsey, I wouldn't mind him here. I can bet LSU didn't know what they were getting when Joe Brady came along. He's not my first choice NFL guy that I would want to come here. If I would want an NFL guy, that has never called plays before, I would want Mike Kafka. I know, pipedream. Dorsey helped turn Cam into a MVP, and took Josh Allen to another level.


But Kafka had his hand in helping Mahomes develop and soaked in some great knowledge from Big Red and his playbook. But, it's a pipedream. I think he would do great here as an OC over Dorsey.
But I think Dorsey would do **** good here as well, we just don't know what type of playbook he's bringing in.

I love what Hafley is doing but is coming to Miami from BC really a lateral move for anyone? I’m sure he’d get a bump in pay too

It's a valid point. It doesn't mean that every QB coach that coaches a great QB is not a great coach (thanks, @Canes Legacy ). Just that coaches who can show how they improved particular QBs may get more credit for being DEVELOPERS, which is an important skill at the collegiate level.
