I feel really bad for the mouth breathers on this site who are 'growing impatient' with the hires not being official yet. Mario could announce the staff in February and it shouldn't and won't matter in the grand scheme

It does matter as far as this year’s recruiting class goes, but if it’s not done so be it.

I’ll trust there’s a reason for it.

maybe a ***-for-tat with TRob since Mario is pursuing Coley..

I’ll admit if we did want both Briles and Brady and we miss on both that’s an L for Mario. Can’t be out there with $8m in salary to hire with & a top 5 QB going into 2022 and lose out on both.

If Brady wants to stay in the NFL that can't be viewed as a miss. He was being considered for at least 3 NFL HC jobs when he took the OC position. If Briles isn't the one CHOSEN by Mario .. then that's not a miss either. This speculative criticism is over the top. Let the man announce his staff .. then discuss / critique based on what ACTUALLY happens.

Not sure why you have redefined blue chip to be "only 5 star". There's already a term for that. It's called "5 star".

I’m only saying if these were the hires he wanted to make and he had the money to do so, it’s not a win for him. Brady and Briles aren’t the only two good OCs I am well aware of that and we still don’t know who he actually wants - I’m just saying if they WERE his choices and he misses it’s an L
