Can't speak for others but I am not overreacting. I want Briles as the OC. But, I am not going to make excuses for the first half. It wasn't a Chamber of Commerce moment for Briles. I expected more against a depleted PSU defense (more of what we just saw with the opening drive of the 2nd half). That's all.

Just call a spade a spade. The first half was underwhelming. Happens to most.

I begin to understand that you do not have any idea about how badly talented Arkansas is. And yes, eliminating the best weapon from an offense that attracts all of the attention has a very high chance of rendering an offense ineffective. Might wanna ask Bryce Young how he felt without playing with Jameson Williams against Auburn...

I also begin to understand that you dont know about Penn States roster enough. They have recruited very well over the years and stacked talent. Fairly certain a lot of the guys playing rn will be good starters in the future for them.

But sure, Briles sucks. Glad we found that out today. Pretty sure Saban agrees.

I never said he sucks. I've repeatedly said that I like Briles and want him as our OC. That is hyperbole which you are resorting to to make a weak point.

No one on here has said Briles sucks. I’m not sure why some of us aren’t allowed to be remotely critical. Bad intent is being assumed.
 
Why do these idiots keep bouncing outside? That was much closer than it needed to be.

We are not overreacting. We are responding. You reacted by defending the first half because Arky was missing one player. I then responded by saying PSU is missing 6 starters on D and their DC so the missing "one" player argument is a poor excuse for Arky's first half performance. I made that argument from the perspective of somebody who actually LIKES Briles and and hoping he becomes our next OC.

It's simple. If you can't understand that then obviously YOU are the one overreacting and I can't help you.
