Dude....I COMPLETELY disagree with your take. All of these things you're focusing on are just an example of what happens when you mis-cast a guy in a role (HC) who should have been a life long assistant/coordinator.

I know these concepts fly over your head and I can smell the smoke coming from your post on you trying to digest what I'm getting at. Welcome to the ignore button....I honestly don't care what you think.

LOL, we UNDERSTAND what you're "getting at." We just think its stupid. Yes, you think Mullen is such a great play caller that we shouldn't care if our OC is a weirdo, lazy, arrogant, bad evaluator of talent, is a poor recruiter, and is a clown. Cause again, play calling. WE UNDERSTAND. IT'S NOT COMPLICATED. YOU ARE JUST REALLY, REALLY WRONG! Which I can see is something you think never, ever, happens. Personality and worth ethic MATTER.

Look, I don't want to twist the knife any further. I'll let my posts and the posts of all the others that ripped your ridiculous take just stand. And when Mario names his staff next week without a sniff or rumor or any credible smoke the whole way about Mullen and UM outside of your message board hot takes, we will all be the better for it. Go Canes.

Are we getting Pretty In Pink/Less Than Zero James Spader or Blacklist James Spader? Cus Blacklist James Spader would be my preference for the job.
Just so long as it’s not Seinfeld James Spader we have had our fair share of drunkards, no thank you
My source says Blacklist Spader wanted more control than Mario was willing to give, Pretty in Pink Spader has fallen off of late with the proliferation of up-tempo offenses.

Source says The Office James Spader. The unconventional sexuality of Robert California will be calling the shots on defense in 2022.

What current head coach would leave their current position to become a OC/DC? I don't think it will happen but I don't mind going down the rabbit hole for entertainment's sake. For it to make sense, the head coach would have to currently make less than $2 million, as I assume that Miami can go this high for a coordinator it really wants. I'm just randomly throwing some names out there but some guys that might fill the bill are:

-Jim McElwain, Central Michigan, he's making $840,000
- Willie Taggart, FAU, making $770,000
-Jamey Chadwell, Coastal Carolina, $850,000
-Butch Jones, Arkansas State, $825,000
-Jeff Scott, South Florida, $1.8 million

The first name that came to my mind was Greg Schiano at Buttgers, as DC of course.

Now, I’m not saying I advocate that, I’m just saying that’s what came to mind.

Of course we don’t even know if this rumor about HCs wanting coordinator positions is true though.

To anyone who actually trusts Rivals, I have a wonderful receipt for you because I knew it would come in handy… Only when it started circulating publicly about James did Ferman and Farrell even flip their picks but look at all these knobgobblers who stuck with theirs and tell me you should trust a single ******* thing you see on that website?

Look at the battery and service bars.
