Please stop posting explanations and just keep copy pasting Ferman’s Ls. I’m laugh hard between this and the Lannister stuff this AM.

“here definitely does not seem to be a consensus on the path forward

I still believe Manny Diaz has been told he will be back

I still believe the intent is to have the new AD make the final decision regardless of what Manny has been told

but I think who that AD ends up being is going to be massive to that decision and whether immediate change is put on the table

I think the fans have been heard.

and I think immediate change is definitely still a possibility

I am not likely going to be writing any more stories on this because the toxic nature of the reaction yesterday was just too ridiculous

I also think this is very fluid and I don’t know right now how it will end and who will win tbe clear political situation at play”

can’t wait for the “i said this thirteen months ago” people after the staff is announced. so excited.

What current head coach would leave their current position to become a OC/DC? I don't think it will happen but I don't mind going down the rabbit hole for entertainment's sake. For it to make sense, the head coach would have to currently make less than $2 million, as I assume that Miami can go this high for a coordinator it really wants. I'm just randomly throwing some names out there but some guys that might fill the bill are:

-Jim McElwain, Central Michigan, he's making $840,000
- Willie Taggart, FAU, making $770,000
-Jamey Chadwell, Coastal Carolina, $850,000
-Butch Jones, Arkansas State, $825,000
-Jeff Scott, South Florida, $1.8 million
Hahahaha! Can you imagine if it actually was Butch Jones and the reaction from the Arky State inbreds that still hate us for canceling their precious home game against us?

A couple MAC HC have left to take P5 positions including Enos. It has happened and bound to happen again at some point.

In fairness, Ferman was adamant that Mario was going to happen
until he said it wasn’t because MC’s agent said he wasn’t interested. If you put out enough reports you have to have one correct report to fall back on. Thats what gets these guys in trouble , rather than sitting on the little info they have and riding with that they stay moving the goalposts to show “ well I did say it was fluid and that could happen“. I can post ten stories by GF hopping all over the place , trying to cover his *** rather than getting some truth or something accurate.

No argument. I watched enough of his 'News of the Day' Youtube's to know he was hedging the entire time

To anyone who actually trusts Rivals, I have a wonderful receipt for you because I knew it would come in handy… Only when it started circulating publicly about James did Ferman and Farrell even flip their picks but look at all these knobgobblers who stuck with theirs and tell me you should trust a single ******* thing you see on that website?

I'm constantly reminded at how little some of you on this board know about football.

Anyone that DOESN'T want Mullen as an OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR needs to have his head examined, and probably twice. We're going to have a staff (including HC) that is FULL of recruiters. I don't want EITHER of my coordinators saddled with recruiting duties. Give me two X's and O's savants that will help us win on gameday.

Last time I checked, winning is undefeated in the world of recruiting. You can't just have a staff full of recruiters, that's a recipe for having a really talented team that consistently loses 2-3 games a year it shouldn't.

Horrific take. Maybe your WOAT. Mullen is an absolute weirdo. He lets his wife make out with his team before every game, he's an absolutely fruit loop. Mario would stuff him in a locker and leave him there. His weirdo clown antics may work for a bit in places like Starkville and Gainesville, but I don't think you really understand what Mario is building. Mullen is also a terrible evaluator of talent, and YES, a terrible and lazy recruiter, and his QB development is now very suspect. Yes he can call plays and scheme well. So can a lot of coaches, who can also do the other 60% of the job and aren't the worst possible fit for a Mario staff.

Mario LITERALLY was quoted as saying he expects all his coaches to set a work ethic example and recruit relentlessly. So I guess Mario should have his head examined twice according to you.

It's crazy how some of the people on this board think building a team is like pressing buttons on playstation. You'd think after seeing how much culture matters here they would learn. I guess not. When you build a staff that works with each other 70 hours a week, you need everyone to FIT and GRIND TOGETHER. You can't absolve a f'ing coordinator of recruiting responsibilities, and you sure as **** don't want to risk assigning kids you really want to a lazy one.

Mario is a serious person, a serious leader of men, and alpha, and Mullen is an f'ing clown. Anyone who thinks Mario would tolerate Mullen's arrogant, lazy-*** taking a **** in Hecht, let alone allowing him to be his coordinator, needs have his head examined, and probably twice.

Great analysis. None of it has anything to do with the man's ability to call plays. Post less
