Yeah I know, Herbert didn't have anyone to throw the ball to. Guys at places like UTEP can put up numbers and be highly sought after in the transfer portal but at Oregon they couldn't recruit anyone to get open. Who are the all big time NFL RBs that he was handing the ball off to? I'm sure CJ Verdell and Travis Dye are both first round picks who you couldn't help but hand the ball off to over and over again.
I think people are underestimating what a great situation Herbert walked into.

He had Allen, Williams and Henry to throw to and Ekler to hand the ball off to too. That's a stellar cast that would elevate any QB's play.

It should be such a fundamental concept in a leader, but unfortunately for some, their egos or insecurities are so big that it won’t allow them to hire smarter people around them.
Paranoia is alive and well in the coaching profession, bruh. Trust me on that. Even on the high school level. Weak minded Muhfuccas feel threatened by people they feel is more intelligent.

Elaborate? You’d rather have feeley? Or just someone else
Someone else, preferably.

Haven’t liked what I’ve been reading about Feld on this board and in other places.

I don’t think Feeley is awful, but we definitely need a culture shift. In that regard, making a change in the strength and conditioning department is essential.

Miami Flo called Rad as AD very shortly after Blake James was fired. Whenever that former players meeting happened, that’s when he called it.

Flo called it right and he was first. Credit where credit is due

@Cribby you mind updating the OP with latest you’re hearing?
At this point we'll find out together. Dec is almost over so the announcement is very close. I have some idea on the staff but there's still some spots I'm unsure of so I wouldn't give hints if I don't know. That would be silly lol. I don't throw info out to sound like I know something when I don't lol.

Flo has been wrong too many times recently for me to trust his word anymore.

He's also one of those "I know who the coordinators are, but can't tell you teehee" commentators, so he's annoyed me.
Agree.I'm with you.He said last night we could be getting more commits on 1-8 than Coleman and Moss,so we will see.

Surprised Chudzinski would Leave Boston at this time in his life. His kids are kind of at the magic age. High school, figuring stuff out part of life.

This is, of course, if he is an option on the staff.
So they're in danger of becoming Massholes then. Perfect time to get them out of there.

Dude posted New Mexico gifs as if Nunez was hired. Come on, now.

One of Nuñez family members posts on the Flo chat and gave everyone bad info

But Flo always said the only name he had heard from Miami was Rad, he was transparent about that, and that was because that was the buzz at the former player meeting in November…the one that was all hyped up and had Earl Little there and the dudes with the event app, whatever it’s called again

Flo is a pretty chill guy. He does a NIL for the player's. He has a Vip chat room for 8$ per month and all the money goes to NIL. I think it's at 110 Member's in 2 weeks. Doesn't sound like much right now but that's 880$ a month towards the players.
