Based on the names that seem to be realistic candidates, I'm confident we'll be getting two really good coordinators...if it's one of those top names being mentioned. Dorsey or Briles imo will be great for us so I don't even really care much which, I do think it's pretty stupid to think either aren't "qualified" for the job though. There's level to riskiness...and both wouldn't be very risky imo.

I don’t have any personal issues with Dooley but hes pretty much a position coach. If I remember correctly, all his big time jobs he has failed big time.

Idgaf what he did as the HC, he won't be the HC here. I'm just saying it was a PR move and she wasn't the most qualified person for the job.

I know a lot people have a hard on for Mario to make a run at Glenn Schumann or Derek Mason for DC, but I wish Mario would make a serious run at Kevin Steele for DC as well.
He is as good as any DC being mentioned and is proven and available.
I actually prefer him over Schumann and Mason if we could land Rod Chance with him as cb coach to pair with Trob.

There was multiple guys playing other positions on the roster that kicked in Hs. I’d be willing to beg there was another handful of guys that were better than her that dabbled in kicking. **** my HS team had multiple guys that could hit extra points and 40 yard fg’s that didn’t want to kick.
That was 100 percent a publicity to make a certain group happy. Nothing more. To their credit it worked.

I honestly don't care that she's a girl, but she's horrible and the whole thing was a publicity stunt. They actually had a backup kicker who left the team because he was so ****ed as he was with the team all year and he could kick it more than 30 yards. Plus this girl is completely clueless and frankly, sounds pretty dumb. She tried giving a halftime speech in the one or two games she played because she was "****ed" at the rest of the team lmao.
