Good idea, but either take one K off, or change something. All I see is KKK, 😂. Can’t do that.

Or he's right and is not laying down for anyone.
Right now he is so personally immersed in his legal actions against the NFL, Giants, Broncos, you really have to wonder how effective he could even hope to be at this time as a head football coach. If you're hiring a head football coach for a $Billion dollar + franchise you certainly want to hire somebody that can be giving undivided attention to the job. Right now Flores doesn't seem to fit that description.

Huh? So he should keep his head down like a good boy and shut his mouth? You think he doesn't realize that he isn't going to be hired again? He never should have been fired, and everyone said he'd be snapped up immediately by a rival. Yet he wasn't. But a bunch of unproven tomato cans just got HC jobs. And then he found out that his interview with the Giants was a sham. He saw the writing on the wall and decided to do something about it. For himself, for the others that will come after him. He is calling out what he sees as the BS, racism, and hypocrisy of the good old boy network that is keeping him from earning as his talent warrants. Keeping him from creating the legacy wealth that can empower the future generations of his family.

How speaking out affects him is his business. And the great part is, it doesn't matter what you, I or anyone else thinks. He will have his day in court. The merits of his case will be argued, evidence will be presented, testimony will be heard. That's how it's supposed to work.

Although I'd bet the NFL is scared ****less for this to end up in court and will try to settle with him to the tune of mid 8-figures like they did with Kapernick. Because Flores is right.

Well ... face it ... if he hadn't of brought the law suit he might have been hired already. People get fired from jobs all the time and keep focused on the next job and get hired. I was serious when I said he is so distracted with his various legal actions that you would have to seriously doubt that he could focus on a new head coaching job at the same time. Many people commented when he was fired "man that was a mistake .. he will get a job pretty quick" .. and I believe he would have. But then he chose to sue and expand the law suits ... and **** ... it is pretty difficult to do both. I personally believe he made a mistake. He could have just gone out and gotten another job and been successful.

So you hire a light weight out of Yale. Wait until someone plays the analytics card.

If you don't think he should have been fired, you weren't actually watching the Dolphins.

Is he right that often Rooney rule interviews are a sham and that there is a good ol' boy network in the NFL? Of course. You'd be ignorant to think otherwise.

Buuuut he also absolutely deserved to be fired, threw nonsensical stuff into the lawsuit in regards to the Dolphins which had nothing to do with race, then decided to sue the Texans because they hired one black guy over another black guy which isn't related to his lawsuit at all, but absolutely comes across as sour grapes. Both things can be true.

If this really meant so much to him, maybe he should have brought it up while he was actually employed, not try and be a martyr afterwards once he was fired. People can see through that ****.

Him being fired and calling out the NFL for their BS hiring practices are two separate things in my opinion.

Regarding the dolphins, it’s clear he basically wanted complete control and was not getting along with the GM despite him having major say in personnel. He now wanted it in writing.

He basically became like the guy in New England but the problem was he never won anything to behave like that. That was the miscalculation on his part. I don’t think he believed Ross would have the balls to fire him especially since he had a winning season and closed pretty good save for the debacle against Tennessee.

He absolutely should have been hired based on coaching alone…. But what GM would sign off on him if he couldn’t get along with Grier who is known as one of the most coach friendly GMs in the league?

And then the lawsuit comes out and he’s revealing text messages from a coach and referring to private conversations with an owner.

He had a right to do that because of the big picture but if you’re an owner or any high level nfl executive would you ever trust the guy knowing if he feels slighted that things didn’t go his way he’s saving texts or memorializing anything you might have done or said to later use against you?

There’s a reason why it’s hard for whistleblowers to ever get back in their specific industry.

And he’s said he understands he may never coach again. He’s made at least 20 million so him and his family will be fine.

I’m sad he had to be the martyr since he’s so young. One of those older black coaches should’ve bit the bullet.

The hope is the lawsuit will be settled before the real damage occurs from the discovery process.

I think it will settle since it’s in the interest of both sides. Flores is looking for real reform to the Rooney Rule and he will be a hero to any future black guru NFL head coach (Gattis 👀).

What’s he right about?

This guy was given a HC job with zero experience as a coordinator. Basically fast tracked to a HC gig under 40 y/o thanks to Belicheck and now the only explanation is that the NFL is racist?

The same organization who’s made more black millionaires than any organization in the world?

Give me a break.

Things like this are making us go backwards. Flores should be suing the with lawyers he hired. Don’t you think there’s a qualified black lawyer he could’ve hired?
