Now Flores is adding the Texans to his law suit. Guy is absolutely nuts. It is things like this that negatively impact the "diversity" initiatives.
Or he's right and is not laying down for anyone.

Good idea, but either take one K off, or change something. All I see is KKK, . Can’t do that.
Yeah, that's it.Or he's right and is not laying down for anyone.
Like I said, your thread, you name it. I didn't even see that.Good idea, but either take one K off, or change something. All I see is KKK, . Can’t do that.

Now I can't stop seeing it.
Right now he is so personally immersed in his legal actions against the NFL, Giants, Broncos, you really have to wonder how effective he could even hope to be at this time as a head football coach. If you're hiring a head football coach for a $Billion dollar + franchise you certainly want to hire somebody that can be giving undivided attention to the job. Right now Flores doesn't seem to fit that description.Or he's right and is not laying down for anyone.

"Shut up and dribble"Huh? So he should keep his head down like a good boy and shut his mouth? You think he doesn't realize that he isn't going to be hired again? He never should have been fired, and everyone said he'd be snapped up immediately by a rival. Yet he wasn't. But a bunch of unproven tomato cans just got HC jobs. And then he found out that his interview with the Giants was a sham. He saw the writing on the wall and decided to do something about it. For himself, for the others that will come after him. He is calling out what he sees as the BS, racism, and hypocrisy of the good old boy network that is keeping him from earning as his talent warrants. Keeping him from creating the legacy wealth that can empower the future generations of his family.
How speaking out affects him is his business. And the great part is, it doesn't matter what you, I or anyone else thinks. He will have his day in court. The merits of his case will be argued, evidence will be presented, testimony will be heard. That's how it's supposed to work.
Although I'd bet the NFL is scared ****less for this to end up in court and will try to settle with him to the tune of mid 8-figures like they did with Kapernick. Because Flores is right.
Well ... face it ... if he hadn't of brought the law suit he might have been hired already. People get fired from jobs all the time and keep focused on the next job and get hired. I was serious when I said he is so distracted with his various legal actions that you would have to seriously doubt that he could focus on a new head coaching job at the same time. Many people commented when he was fired "man that was a mistake .. he will get a job pretty quick" .. and I believe he would have. But then he chose to sue and expand the law suits ... and **** ... it is pretty difficult to do both. I personally believe he made a mistake. He could have just gone out and gotten another job and been successful.Huh? So he should keep his head down like a good boy and shut his mouth? So you hire a light weight out of Yale. Wait until someone plays the analytics card.Well ... face it ... if he hadn't of brought the law suit he might have been hired already. If you don't think he should have been fired, you weren't actually watching the Dolphins.Huh? So he should keep his head down like a good boy and shut his mouth? Him being fired and calling out the NFL for their BS hiring practices are two separate things in my opinion.Huh? So he should keep his head down like a good boy and shut his mouth? This the real DBC account? If so, call me surprised at this......
No way that is. He is now being cloned? Crazy how mainstream he’s become.
