Cool Smoke owns Q bbq. There were only a couple of them 4-6 years ago. Now they are everywhere.No. I moved away from there 4 years ago. I don’t remember that one there then. Maybe @90scane or @Midlo Cane Fan knows it.
How’s Memphis?
Best pork ribs I’ve ever had are Buz & Neds in Richmond, VA. They do baby back and spare ribs.

Never tried their beef ribs. I know that’s big in Texas.
This place in Richmond, VA in the attachments kills Flanigans.Texas BBQ better than Flanigans baby back ribs?
Ok so it’s the same type of thing as Q or Mission.Cool Smoke owns Q bbq. There were only a couple of them 4-6 years ago. Now they are everywhere.
Was gonna say you coach that stuff and the execution isn’t there it’s gonna be ugly. You end up looking like Bubba Bolden because that’s stuff he was trying to do this year when he hadn’t mastered the fundamentals. He got ahead of himself.I agree. You can coach to look for this but to act in real time and execute it perfectly is a gift.
Mission is national with chains in Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, California…Ok so it’s the same type of thing as Q or Mission.
They own Boathouse…. Wow. Weird that they opened one of those in Hopewell, water or not.Mission is national with chains in Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, California…
Q is a local chain. I wouldn’t be shocked if the Richmond group owns part of it. They also own the Boat House, I’ve know of at least 3 Q locations but only see 2 now.

You coach to stick to the scheme and not improv.. just make the read on the pump and stick on the go if you know his tendencies.. that’s fine.
The unique flavor in Flanigan's BBQ saice is gherkin pickle juice. The unique flavor in Park Av's is french dressing.Texas BBQ better than Flanigans baby back ribs?
The best thing Mission does might be their Turkey, get that with a little Alabama White sauce.Mission is national with chains in Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, California…

Cool smoke was the team name for Q.
If it was that easy BB wouldn’t be creaming himself watching it.I would hope that type of bait-and-switch usually gets schemed up by the coaches themselves, then practised so the execution is there. No need for it to be gunslinging. Can be part of playbook and training.
Their pulled chicken is tasty too.The best thing Mission does might be their Turkey, get that with a little Alabama White sauce.
Agree, never said it was easy lol. Just that coaches should be the smart ones thinking about these counters and preparing them. Shows Reed was more strategic than most coaches even as a player. If it was that easy BB wouldn’t be creaming himself watching it.
I am moving back to Charleston on Sunday. I can't wait!Charleston, SC resident here, the only reason I would say that’s true is because it’s hard to get Texas style in South Carolina. With that said I hold the opinion that for beef bbq Texas is boss, for pork, whole hog particularly, Carolinas hands down. Luckily for me we have both right here in Charleston!
I am a simple man, I like Michelbobs in Naples. Crush food, crush a black and white shake and then they butter me up to get me through the door and I roll back to a pleather couch in a retirement community. I never miss an opportunity to hit Micheltickles.Florida is infested with fake kitchen smoker "BBQ"
Looks like Steele is gonna do what he’s done the past 7 years and be a walk around, NFL type DC. What are you guys thoughts on Christian Robinson? I’m not sure on his coaching, but I know he can recruit. I guess it would be good for him to be under Steele’s wing.
Uncle took me and my buddies all the way from Hampton VA over there just to get lunch and that sh*t was BANGIN! Sweet potato fries and the grilled garlic bread were A1 as well. How’s Memphis?
