odd tweet. Do "offers" normally get announced? I know it may be semantics as I see a ton of tweets about Team X targeting Coach Y, or Coach Y on the shortlist etc. but not many Coach Y has been given an offer.

Also while I won't discredit Briles based on his body of work with Taggart at FSU, I still can never forgive that one play where the WR lined up backwards for some odd reason.
