Seems to be a great-to-elite recruiter in the few seasons of experience he has recruiting at a P5 level. They got Zach Evans from TCU just a week ago in the transfer portal. And his recruits over the last 2 years are pretty legit:

I dont Know about great/elite recruiter, that’s what dell mcgee is when you consider the talent he’s brought in for uga but kevin smith is certainly a great coach. He will be able to relate to kids in recruiting and coach the position up well because he played it at the highest level in college and in the pros
