I think so. It's home and plus, Joe Brady would be a HC candidate in 1-2 years. Plus, Ponce knows he would have Garcia and Jacurri in the cupboard waiting for him.

Overall really good- particularly at the coordinator spots. Proven recruiters & coaches across the board. However, the DL names seem slightly underwhelming IMO ?
