Has Dorsey ever called a game as a coach before on any level of college or the NFL? So yes a first timer. I'm not giving Golden any credit just pointing out that what your resume says or even your job options doesn't guarantee competency. We're all laughing at Notre Dame for potentially hiring him but he's clearly "qualified" for the job.
Yes I know Competence isn’t guaranteed in anything. Nfl winning coaches and coordinators have gotten fired a bunch of times for not “getting it done”.

But this standard of play calling experience is way overrated imo. Especially when you’ve played qb on a championship team and been in the booth for that amount of time. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing or he wouldn’t be in consideration to take the reigns of offenses by multiple billion dollar organizations.
Coaching is a small circle especially in the nfl and people talk to each other.
No bigger compliment in this sport can be given than when word of mouth spreads about how good you are and what you’ve contributed.

No one is spreading or has been spreading sht about golden. He’s in consideration cause his oc is a newbie regardless how good he is and because he has a resume. That’s it.
It’s even worse than us hiring baker at this point. At least baker was talked about and was mentioned for other dc jobs at the time.

Bears have a rookie HC
A rookie GM
A garbage stadium

And Brady would rather be a QB coach than OC at Miami
Joe may also want FULL control of the offense if he were to come here and maybe that's something Mario isn't willing to do. From what I've heard, Mario likes to give his input, etc.....

That was embarrassing for them. I remember hearing that Satterfield got ****ed (at the band and flag squad) once it came out that they lied. They kept them off the field for a while after that.
It was the most ridiculous story that got disproven quickly, then all went away. No reprocussions at all for the girl who made it up.

It’s still the NFL largest market and unless LA and NY it’s on own.

If Getsy and Brady can get that offense humming Brady will be demand.

Sure it came out that it was a lie after every marching band Facebook group shared it the false story thousands of times. Made me have a real problem with marching band people . Used to love everything about them , but after reading so many of their responses to the ‘incident’ I came away realizing most of those people actually think college football games revolve around the marching band, f them . But love Boone ! Lived there for a little while (also Asheville)- wnc mountains are amazing

Who is better Barry White or Ronald Isley?

Barry all day and it ain’t even close.

Marvin Gaye or Curtis Mayfield?

****, all good choices! I'm going with Barry White (though the Isley brothers are no joke) and Marvin Gaye (why'd you pit those two against each other?!).

Some guys just really want to be in the NFL no matter what.
can't blame him, I don't know about yll I wouldn't wanna kiss alot lil kids asses to come to your school n now u got recruit your own team to stay also!! NO WAY

Agree with Riley's short-term view and how it might accelerate his long-term objective.

If we set aside the unknown NFL aspirations, which approach is better for USC? I am not sure but I do like Riley's approach since winning next year will allow USC to cleanup with West coast kids.
All for Rileys approach. Win now. Tomorrow is never promised. Winning will go a long ways to getting future recruits.
