Is Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Fort Lauderdale and Coral Gables still good? The one closest to me in Central Florida .. in Casselberry .. didn't fare well due to the Covid shut downs in 2020 .. what was once an upscale, quality location, was cut in half space wise, staffed by 2 people to handle everything and it went totally to ****! Used to plan a visit to the one in Fort Lauderdale when I went down for Canes games. Still a quality locale?
Yes the one near the airport is still good. The one in Coral Gables is still good to.

No. They’ve sold now twice and the food is crap compared to the original. We go to Sicilian Oven now whenever we can because Anthony’s pricing is outrageous and the quality has gone downhill

They do still have the worlds best dressing though

I've had it and it s very good, especially if you are a "pep" fan (which I am). BTW, the Prince Street Pizza in Wynwood doesn't come close to the original.

If you had a choice between Prince Street and Joe's just a few blocks away, where are you going?

Joe's is absolutely overrated. Its fine, but not special. Every neighborhood has a slice joint that can measure up. Sorry, I know they have pictures of celebrities on the walls and crap, but their crust is bland to me and their ingredients generic. My best friend grew up a couple of blocks away and would stab me in the heart if he knew I said that out loud, but it is what it is. They have like 10 around the city now. I never got it. I think they just sucked up a lot of oxygen when the actual, real, legit Ray's in the Village (OG GOAT SLICE) on 11th and 6th closed a decade ago (RIP).

Ok, that's enough. You win.

You can get that on any block at every mediocre slice join in every neighborhood in NYC. Let's step it up...

To start, I present the world-famous "soho slice" from Prince St. Pizza. You might recognize it because everyone copies it. If there is enough interest here, I will be taking you all on a city-wide tour of the best there is until we have coordinators. Just be warned this isn't a subjective discussion. Let's ride.
