It's not irrelevant. There is a ****ton of things that need to get done before spring practice, especially for a brand new staff. There is a reason absolutely nobody else operates on a timeline like this. Might not be as critical if your talking one coach but we are operating at well under 50% here.

At this point, yes just get it right and as fans all we can do is let it play out but time is always a factor. Im still hopefull there are homerun hires at the end of the rainbow which make it all make sense.
