I'm still not sure why we couldn't structure a coordinator contract that would prevent a lateral move on the college level- at min for year 1. A guy like Brady gets an NFL OC job offer or even a HC offer in college? Fine. Take that opportunity.

If we truly ARE paying big boy money then I think we would be completely in bounds to restrict lateral moves unless a guy like BMac specifically says in advance that his alma mater is the one exception.

My mother never had a strong accent, she was taught English by an American so even when I was in England it was never really prominent for me.
