Just wondering since I first heard this ferman gem. How the **** does one accept without being offered. Defies all logic
It works like any job offer. The person hiring says, he is the role. These are the responsibilities. This is the pay and other compensation. The prospective employee says great or they negotiate diff terms. Then when all parties agree the hiring party goes off and creates a formal offer. That is when you are officially offered the job but you have already agree to terms and to accept before the offer is ever officially made.

Not convicted, I hope not, in jail right now and Idk. Not up to me.

And its totally not like Warren has lost his job at NFL Network for being an ***, but okay.

Its amazing that I cant speak out why Petrino shouldnt be hired. The dude was out of a job after Louisville and got hired at a FCS program where he is not very impressive. And its not even like he is hot commodity, because he just is not. Thats just a plain fact.

But sure, listen to the guy who says "Betas will disagree with what I have to say" to get along with "Oh, cant talk to gen Z, you will hurt his feelings". Age absolutely matters on who is right and who isnt, history has proven that time and time again...
Love how the dude who "ignores" me responds to my post with the dumb reaction.

But my feelings are hurt. LMAO

A take on whether petrino should be hired is a valid take. When you start talking corporate culture you still have a ways to go as experience does matter. It's like a 16 year old who just got their license. In their mind they are the greatest driver in the world but in actuality they don't know **** and won't until they get years of experience under their belt.

I know what you are saying but you still can not accept unless actually offered the job.

I am fairly certain most companies dont hire a dude with the known track record that Petrino has. Especially not in a leading position. There is no trust whatsoever. Even if you take all of his private stuff away, he lied to almost every university where he was either a HC or an OC. Tom Coughlin does not speak to him anymore.

I get it, people in here are desperate to win, but there are other OC candidates without the baggage with the aspiration to do well. Again, people complained about T-Rob, but Petrino should be hired? No, just doesnt fit and its not what Mario should be looking for.

Mind you, Petrino is CURRENTLY EMPLOYED AS A HEAD COACH WITH THAT RESUME ON FILE.

You're great at your job dude.

Yeah but it’s not a shot in the dark either. So if he offered the job to Candle than Candle must have said he wanted it before hand and then backed out for who knows what reason.

same here. being a civil lawyer is quite possibly the worst thing on earth

lol @ being a lawyer man, to think i actually wanted to do that when I was younger.

got to meet one, see his "lifestyle".. idk how you guys manage to live like that, the money ain't worth it

Burnout is a thing in that industry.

I dont even know how some force themselves thru university for that.

I burned out. my key in when I was like **** this **** was when I was on vacation having panic attacks over emails. transitioning into other roles. unless you absolutely need the money asap and need to take a role that typically burns people out, there are more ways to use the degree in a more purposeful manner.

the issue is school doesn't really expose you to the pros and cons of some legal jobs. there are better jobs out there that differ from the typical role. the other issue (at least in FLA but covid has helped open the market up) is that the legal market generally sucks for good jobs. covid has changed the way companies hire in that they know we can all work remotely from anywhere and don't need to be a certain location to do so unless you plan to be in court.

You might be confusing people mocking him for his appearance as some kind of condemnation of his football coaching abilities.

He’s a perfect coach for Oklahoma State.

Could he duplicate what he’s doing there somewhere else? Nobody knows.

But he’s got a **** good track record at Oklahoma State.

People having fun with his weird *** looking appearance is not saying he’s a bad coach.
Definitely not coming after you and I totally agree.

Although as a father I often joke with myself what is the acceptable age to contemplate the Air Money lifestyle.
