I wouldn’t be so sure about that - I’d say it’s greater than 70% yeah, but it’s not like he has a glowing success rate in the pros as an OC. Honestly, nothing surprises me - and it’s also very easy to get blackballed in the NFL quickly.

He is holding out till there is no chance at NFL before excepting a college job, we aren’t willing to wait till Feb/March.

Meh. I’m not as concerned with our next OC’s overall scheme and game planning ability, which is what an analyst helps with. I’m more concerned with our next OC’s in-game playcalling ability, which an analyst doesn't help with. Can he outmaneuver the defense? Can he adjust? Will he be 1 step ahead?
