Depends on what you consider an insider. I consider insiders to be right more than they’re wrong. They can be biased, but they can’t be swayed by their bias. Dee brings good info. Ever since the Devonta Smith fiasco, you should not put any stock into any predictions he has.

Also, they put their name behind their predictions or info. I don’t think brooklyn should do that. But i don’t think he’s an insider.

Being wrong about a kid doesn't mean you're "exposed". Pete's source could have been Mark Friggin' Richt who had been convinced by Jobe that he was coming. If you have that information and your job is to share recruiting news, you share it. Maybe the attitude given with it was the mistake, certainly worth that argument, but I don't think his info was bad. Pete had tons of sauces, there's no doubt about it.

I'd hope our head coach was never a source for anything for a runner for a bootleg sports agency.
