So who moves to tight end?

Cleveland an Walford aren't impressive athletically considering neither kid is really heavy. You would think they could be seam threats and make some things happen after the catch. Neither look really fluid in space and both are body catchers who often fight the football. Not the best look...we need to get some elite kids in here at the TE position and stop attempting to find sleepers or develop projects.

I do not share this opinion. I think Clive Walford is plenty athletic. In fact, he made two extremely athletic moves for touchdowns this past season, both were called back due to penalties. If those TDs stood, they would have both been highlight reel plays.

I also like the OPs idea on Jake O'Donnell. Jake O played tight end this season in HS. I understand he looked as good at TE as he did DE. Its just a thought but I wouldnt be surprised. Jake is 235 lbs and will need 1-2 years to be physically ready. That fits perfectly with Walfords eligibility.

I have no idea how you call Cleveland a "body catcher." His hands are very nice.

The problem with our TEs is a QB unwilling and basically fearful of utilizing/reading the middle of the field.
