That's a lot of players from the C/O 2024. I think it's disappointing that Mario and Mirabal are supposed OL gurus and yet they've been bringing in a lot of "developmental" guys who turn into roster dead weight. For every Anez Cooper, there's 5 Juan Minaya's.My watchlist:
1. Ajay Allen (pretty obvious)
2. Samson (way to expensive and he sucks)
3. Ray Ray (cant return and has no purpose)
4. Jackson Carver (who?)
5. Atonio Tripp (can't get on the field)
6. Frankie Tinilau
7. Elias Rudolph (maybe wants to get PT)
8. Deryc Plazz (dont know how his progression is going)
9. Isaiah Thomas (heard hes garbage)
10. Daylen russell (not good at all)
11. Juan Minaya (cheeks)
Even though our secondary is awful, we need to keep veteran guys
Even as much as I hate Jaden Harris, he could help us if he adjusts his game. He played well at the beginning of the season. Don't know what happened. Markeith Williams is a stick. Poff somehow has eligibility left. Stafford got injured but no one knew about it, he recently returned. Chris Johnson, idk man. Washington brothers have soooo much potential. Chase smith somehow has eligibility but he's showed flashes. Shemar Kirk doesn't have eligibility. That's a lot of players from the C/O 2024. I'd add a few more to this list:
Jaden Harris
Markeith Williams
Reese Poffenbarger
Robert Stafford
Chris Johnson
The Washington brothers
Chase Smith
Shemar Kirk
I would love Chris Johnson back but in a crowded room, I don't know how he sees PT. I like the Washington bros but they can't seem to sniff the field either. Didn't know that about Stafford, I hope he can stick around and eventually contibute.Even as much as I hate Jaden Harris, he could help us if he adjusts his game. Problems were on d, last I checked he played offense, correct??
Jaden Harris isn’t the problem I agree. I said elsewhere but he could be a really good special teams player I dunno. We need speed and help there. He was fine in 2023 in light dutyEven as much as I hate Jaden Harris, he could help us if he adjusts his game. He played well at the beginning of the season. Don't know what happened. Just keep players like that where they belong and stop promoting them till failure and leaving them because you can’t recruit over them
Most realistic imo the only one I’d like to keep is Horton but I do think the rest needs to move on.My Portal WatchList:

You listed 5 true freshman on that list. Maybe give them a year or two before you say they suck. Not all freshman go out and look like first rounders right away.My watchlist:

Coming from you, that's alarming. You've been one of the more realist/non homer posters on Cane boards for a long time and don't post BS.Prepare to be very disappointed with some of the departures.
You missed the point of what I saidHe's a huge problem. I'd love to see the yards we gave up after his missed tackles this season. And that's not counting the early TD that got called back for Syracuse where he just **** himself
I’m sorry but that’s the one player that I’d be more than happy to see leave. You can have all the experience you want, but it means nothing if you’re unable to apply it. He’s had all year to learn from his mistakes but continued to take horrible angles and blown coverages week in and week out. And is slower than dial up.Unpopular take here...despite his struggles keep Harris for 1 more year due to his game experience.
Can't keep running off experienced players - even if they are sub par - because game experience has some value especially when roster numbers increase.
But invest in the secondary heavily this portal season; no one's position is safe.
Calm down buddy lol . Yea we really used him alot on offense . I bet he loved sitting on sideline watching sam brown drop passesProblems were on d, last I checked he played offense, correct??
Just a guess.I hope we don't lose Malik Bryant
I have a feeling one of the WRs transferPrepare to be very disappointed with some of the departures.
