Why is everyone talking up Wake like they are tearing it up? They have beaten Presbyterian, Army, NC State (backup Qb) and Maryland. Everyone keeps saying their defense will be way better than UNC but I don't think so. UNC has far more talent on def IMO and have played a far tougher schedule to date. UNC is not as bad as their record indicates. As long as Morris pulls his head out of his *** and quits with the **** turnovers we should be quite alright. I see us winning 38-20.

Not here but in quite a few other posts....

No one is talking them up. People are saying the game won't be 56-0. You yourself just said 38-20. I think that's what a lot of people are saying. They're not horrible, so don't expect a 56-0 game, but something like 38-16 (which is what I predicted).

We need to start off doing "CHECK DOWN CITY" on all passes and a healthy dose or running. Get their DBs thinking we red lighted all deep passes and when they come up to press...THEN AND ONLY THEN do we test them deep. I don't understand why Morris doesnt think a catch and run for large YACs is worse than airing it out. That is one thing I will give to Ryan 7 days a week. If he doesn't see it down field in the first 2 to 3 seconds...he automatically checks down and lets his players make plays. Morris has to adopt that thinking while he is playing thru his slump or it will definitely be another close game that never needed to be. We left a minimum of 3 TDs on the field against UNC. U just can't do that in conference play.

I'll tell you one thing, if we come out passive on defense their short passing game will eat us alive.

They must have run that **** bubble screen to Campanero 10 different times to go along with short curls and slants.

We need to get pressure on their QB and even when we don't get there knock down some **** passes.

I don't know what this means....the greatest college team of all time beat boston college 18-7. Turning off :espnsux: should help.

Jim Grobe was on Sirius/Xm radio yesterday and was very complimentary of UM. Especially along both fronts. They asked him about the talent of UM v Clemson. His response was that both were comparable on the talent level but Miami stand out in it's physicality and toughness.
