Have you heard what the kids are saying to the media?

The record doesn’t matter to most, which is why they’re coming.

They’ve already epically sh*t the bed this season. They could boof it any harder.

They all of that, they’ve only lost one recruit (Rashada) and another one who’s on the fence about to leave (Kinsler).

If this happened to Manny, we’d e be left chasing third and fourth tier level players

And you just wrote you were basing predictions of a "mass exodus" off what you were "hearing," then said you had no specific inside information and no actual names of imminent flips.

So who were you "hearing" these vague things from?

100%... The fact that we've only lost one and maybe 2 or even 3 recruits is a miracle in and of itself.

But if we actually ADD top talent..and I don't mean 3rd and 4th options.. But 1st and 2nd options, with as bad as we've looked, it'll be the greatest recruiting job we've seen in 20+ years and creeping towards what Butch did in the 90s.

We’re dealing with a lot of bullets flying, some of them from new posters who are fans from other fanbases. If you want back on, you can dm @Hoyacane1620 on your other board and if he’s willing to vouch for you as not being trouble, I’ll talk to the Maude’s.

2021. Manny had the 11th ranked class on the 247 composite.

2022 was Mario's transition class IMO. Wasn't great, but I give Mario a pass for it being a transition class.

This year he doesn't have that excuse though and in fact, it's all the more important to get a top 5 class to balance out the underperformance of last year's class (I think we finished 16th or something).

Ok got it , yeah I understand. He has to have an elite or close to elite class this year. It looks like he could get there or close to it. If the class bails, we’re dead but it doesn’t seem that’s happening and I think we could still lose a couple of guys. We’ll see soon enough.

Yeah. I think Mario is the best recruiter in college football, and I think Ruiz is motivated, so I think we'll stick the landing. Top 5 or it's a fail though, in my view.
