Yeah, but Fig is a different type of linebacker than both of them IMO. The staff has probably decided we have enough of the shorter guys who play on or behind the line of scrimmage in DP, GP, Blue, and possibly Kirby? Fig brings something different than those other two (size and pass rush).

I'll rephrase and ask Peter. How does Skai compare to the other Lbs we are looking at in terms of measurables and ability?

Anecdotally, there are a lot of people who have seen him play that like him more than some of the other guys we are looking at.
 
Rutgers got Internicola too. Blustein called him the best player he's seen in South Florida from a production standpoint. University's not a bad school to have inroads with.

Thats a STEAL for Rutgers.......Skai is a MAN out there.....honsestly it probably was down to he and Grace...and seems like they were on Grace earlier.....

He will be an elite Will backer......has all the tools....would of took him in the class over Fig.

That's the impression I get from everyone else who seems to speak highly of him. I guess he's the 1st casualty of whatever scholarship reductions we're expecting to get.

This is likely what happened, but I doubt it's because they were on Grace earlier. By most accounts Grace IS the better prospect. I definitely think Skai is a kid you take if you have a few more ships. The kids production can't be questioned.
