Well if they are counting on Grace and Thomas then maybe there is no room........

They were gonna take grace and thomas with or without g paul so since he left why not offer skai now?

They don't think he's good enough; pretty simple. It's not like he's a clear back-up plan like the Augustus Edwards guy at RB...they just don't think he is good enough.

Edwards got an offer while Collins was still committed. I don't know if he's a straight up plan B or someone we would take anyway. I think he got his offer around the time when Collins was wavering so the "if you're looking we are looking" thing may apply. Not 100% sure either way though.

I think he is a plan B. If we feel like we are definitely getting Collins, then I think his visit will be canceled. But if we aren't sure, then we will bring him and run the risk of signing both.

Out of interest, what's the rule on these schollie offers?

If the Plan A and Plan B both accept on NSD, putting us over limit, do we just pull the offer to the Plan B?

Seems a bit of a **** move.

It is recruiting and this is how it works. The offer for plan B is contingent on Plan A declining said offer.

The plan B guy will only actually have an offer if the coaches are okay with the risk of signing both, but that situation only happens where Plan A guy isn't sure what he's going to do.

Why would the Plan B guy accept that situation if he's a good player? In the sense that other universities will undoubtedly be all over his jock. A lot of these kids love the attention - I'm surprised they say "Yeah I'll come to your university if the university I really want to go to gets their Plan A kid".

His coach took a shot at us on a reply I think.Tweeted

Don't know if he is his coach, but he is actually a Cane. His name is Chad Wilson. He played DB here. Also the father of Moore's teammate, 2014 DB Quincy Wilson. A guy that has alot of high major offers but not one from Miami yet. He was invited to Junior Day.

Cot **** traitor I see you Chad

I really don't understand why we didn't offer this kid.

He would be the third University School kid with other major offers and legit interest we've taken a pass on if the stories about Bain and Cunningham are true
