I get why people don't want the kid, and I agree but we didn't "get lucky" or "dodge a bullet". He wasn't going to actually hurt the program no matter how bad he sucked. If he didn't pan out then he wouldn't play and no real harm done. People acting like if he came here we had to play him. If we don't pick up another kid this cycle, we're pretty much in the same boat as if he'd stayed and sucked.

Bottom line, we didn't want him and now he's gone. No need for the hate.

He throws a beautiful tight ball. He's big, mobile and has great moves in the open field. I love how athletic he is. I also really like how he doesn't drop his eyes when there is pressure and when he scrambles he keeps his eyes downfield.

I just really question his accuracy because he struggles with it in camps, not just the game.

We dodged a bullet. Every year you have to land a solid QB. We don't need to waste a scholly on kid who is a jag and will eventually transfer. From all accounts he had the potential to be a cancer on the team as well. We dodged a bullet

Not true. That's a scholarship that could've went to another DB or DE.

Maybe instead of taking the bare minimum at LB this year we can take two or three.

As slow as Kaaya. Terrible accuracy. No touch. Never showed one sign of progression from the first time he stepped on campus to the spring game this year to the first few snaps he had at the beginning of the season. There is reason he didn't get his job back from Fromm

Fromm isn't lighting it up. UGA offensive line has been light years bette this year compared to last year. Eason has a ton of upside.

Exactly. Fromm isn't lighting it up at all and Eason still can't get the job back.

Because UGA is winning. And they are winning because of the run game and defense.

I agree. Probably the bigger, more athletic version.

Definitely similar in terms of strengths and weaknesses.

Just leave AN blank and get one next year there are 4 qb on our roster that's enough.

We have Weldon, Perry and Rosier for next year. Evan isn't exactly a Miami-caliber QB, at least from the sample size I saw.
