Since UM getting all this WestCoast love...Let's revisit this animal

All I'm gonna say is staff was forced to change their mindset on alot of these south Florida kids. Entitlement is real.
As we should, you don’t want to play here we will find someone else who does. Hope Diaz learned that valuable lesson that’s it’s not only about south Florida.

I know what you're saying but I'm perfectly aware of just how interested he was and why he reached out. I told yall about him more than a year ago. But in his instance as well as chris, keele, elias & several others they didnt like being slow rolled. Cant have recruits like this seriously interested than toy with them and expect a good response.

what exactly do you do for a living? Are you a former player?

Yes & I work in the music industry. I have one or two other hobbies as well I guess.

I can play the banjo at an elite level lol

comes with having a pops that was a hick

I got bored with it, guitar is far more interesting I wish I had learned that

I was playing at such an ed reed level with the banjo that I literally up and quit one day out of boredom. I have two banjos worth 5k a piece easily

When we hired manny to HC I thought of this. Do you think he’s going to control the new DC on who he or the assistants offer? Remember he didn’t want to offer all the kids you mentioned.

Controlling people seldom change. I don’t know if manny is one. It certainly works for Saban. Personally, I have no use for control freaks, but if Canes win I am fine with it.

How so, d? By indulging it or by not tolerating it?
Not only indulging it, but by not doing enough research on the kids we sign. You gotta head the right environment at all costs. We're getting on the right track now. SLOWLY

I'd try all day why not? An elite prospect and the way all the Cali teams are looking plus the way we're getting some Cali guys here there's definitely something to reach out for

I agree we should give him a call but regardless of how the Cali teams look, USC and UCLA are still located in Los Angeles, and if that doesn't fit, there is always Oregon with it's A+ facilities who is on the upswing.

Yeah but they're both dumpster fires right now I mean it is ugly. Now Oregon is scary I admit but we have west coast swag now so try it

They will always get premier recruits bc of their program and location like Miami. Even under sanctions Miami was still getting the Duke Johnson's and Chad Thomas's of the world. But I agree we should see if he's interested.

You saying we did not do our correct due diligence on kids we have been signing? From an academics or personality or ability pov?
