rooted for all the HC's between Butch and Mario however i never had any great illusions that ay of them would succeed do to lack of investment in the program period. Richt was fried but still a very good HC and achieved 10 wins but it was a mirage.Coker( inherited Butch'splayers & 2 great assistant HC's in E.Reed & K.Dorsey). Randy never was cut out to be the headman, good DC, fairly effective recruiter. Golden killed himself with his buddy D'onfrio and lousy scheme.
Richt best HC among group but decision to hire his inexperienced son was bad from the start. Manny should have taken Temple job for his OJT rather than Miami.I would have hired Butch before manny but i digress and we have had 20K worth of posts and discussion on Butch.
