I really want Thomas in this class badly. Happy about the meeting with Kirkland, feel like him and Gall would make a nice G tandem in 2-3 years.

**** twitter. anyone who follows or believes anything of that bs from recruits needs to get a fcuking life. trust in Al and our insiders.
 
oh it's a great idea to follow all the recruits' face book status and twitter updates.

after all, it's not like we have jobs or anything better to do.

eh, who knows. Denver wasn't going to make it public until Wednesday anyways so its unlikely we'd know he was committing right after the meeting. If anything happened, it would have been a silent anyways. No news doesn't necessarily mean he's off the table until we see some quotes at this point. Odoi and fat ****** Manny are not hearing anything therefore they think Miami struck out

For those of us in the recruiting business this is no surprise. I remember advising Jimmy about this back in the day. IMO...you commit early or you are out of luck. I'm Italian we don't put up with disrespect very well lol. Reasonable people cam disagree but my view is based on years in the business....I know what Im talking about. The stories i could tell. I know Howard disagreed but weve argued over Recruiting philosphy over dinner many times...its always spirited but cordial.

If you think this meeting was a total waste of time then you clearly don't get it. Good grief.

lmao @ trust our "insiders" but don't believe the recruits BS...it goes hand in hand.
 
1. our "insiders" get info from recruits and people close to recruits
2. recruits can tell an insider I am 100% going to Miami and they want to but a day later they 100% want to go go somewhere else.
3. recruits troll insiders as well.
4. some insiders are lazy so they guess and make **** up
5. after Feb 6 either this board or TOS will lose half its traffic.

Not necessarily, some of "our guys" get their information from the staff, which in turn get their inklings from the recruits, so nvm smh

Wrong, lot of our insiders get their info from within the athletic department and football program
