I don't hate Teddy because he whipped our ***. I hate Teddy, because he acted like some punk *** kid in the process.

--Passing with the huge lead just so he could set his career mark? I don't wish injury on any player, but honestly would not have felt bad if he got hurt and messed up his draft stock and definitely would have felt a little of that's what you deserve. Even the announcers were uncomfortable with it. Hey, I'm a firm believer in the defense's job is to stop the offense, but do feel running up the score is a bit classless. It wasn't like he was about to set some NCAA record or something.

--Putting up the U and then the throat slash. Seriously. You hate your hometown team that much? The same one you were committed to before flipping to LSU, and then eventually taking the money at Louisville (Clint Hurtt was involved, so you know he got paid).

--Postgame interview says there is nothing better than watching your hometown fans leaving the stadium. Who the **** has ever said that? It's obvious this kid is bitter towards Miami. I'd love to know all the details that got him this way. I'm sure stupid fans are a big part of it, but if fans get under his skin that easy, I hope he ends up in Philly or Oakland and fails.

Cot **** that **** ****ed me off.

Crazy how losing will turn Miamis fans into hypocrites.

If they didn't want them to score, don't let them in the end zone.

We can't tell the players to not be soft then turn around and be soft as fans. He deserved to taunt and do whatever the **** he wanted after he kicked the **** out of us for 4 quarters.

Being upset with him is just being salty at this point.

Explain how I turned into a hypocrite? I don't care they scored, or that we lost. I specifically said I believe the defense's job is to stop the offense (and I feel that way even in a blowout). I do feel its a bit classless, but again the defense needs to do their job. I was not one of the fans crying when Meyer tried to get a few extra points on us in 2009. My biggest problems is Bridgewater in general. A Miami product, and supposed fan of the school (enough so to even commit to the hometown school at one point) would go out there with the throat slash which mostly is what got me going. That's the kind of crap you see between gators and canes and if it was noles and canes, fair game. There is true hatred in these games for the rivalry. What is Louisville and Miami? Obviously this was about Bridgewater and Miami. Was this about the fans, the school, the coaches? It don't matter. Personally I will root against him at this point just like those who always hated Miami have rooted against us. Others feel the same about us for stuff that happened over 20 years ago, why can I not feel the same about him?

In this case Bridgewater took a personal dislike to Miami and took his opportunity to rub it in. Miami and its fans should feel the same towards him.

Yea it is being salty, and why not? Why was everyone so salty over Urban kicking an extra FG in 2009? What about the gator flop? As a Miami fan, I will stay salty about Bridgewater. I'm even more salty that our ***** *** team didn't do anything about it. We don't need no more FIU situation, but would have been nice to see someone get big stick on him while he stayed in late.

As far as being a soft fan, a soft fan is one who will gladly sit back and say its ok Teddy, taunt us because you earned it. Soft fans think it ok to be taunted. If you ain't salty about it, then I don't know what to tell you. When them old Miami teams embarrassed the **** out of Texas and any other team, I 100% expect those fans to be salty, and that's why they still hate us today. I expect Louisville fans to be hyped about it that he pulled it off. Miami fans loved it when we did it, but because we did it, we should be cool with it when someone does it back to us.

I don't see how a Miami fan can be ok with it, but since you're cool with it, then I guess I'll be salty and leave it alone. I guess there is no reason to be salty about the gator flop either, because they earned it since our defense couldn't stop them.

I'm just following the great Jimmy Johnson's words to paraphrase 'If you don't want us dancing in the endzone, stop us from scoring'.

Nobody stopped him all night. Hating Teddy Bridgewater does nothing for me. I'm not going to fake it. There were bigger issues than that. It would bother me if we were actually competitive. But we aren't at all and are nothing more than frauds.

I also didn't give a **** when Urban did it in 08 because yes, we wrote the book.

Btw OP. Clint Hurtt and the previous staff was here when Duke was recruited. How much do you think Duke got paid to come here?

I agree with the OP, F' that dude. I want him to come back so we could get another shot at him.

The ones giving Teddy a pass for gutting us and acting like an a-- doing so are the biggest pussies in here, real talk.

Playing and coaching football most of my life, Teddy was totally unacceptable. Charlie allowing it was just as. Forget all that crap about us losing, and we should stop them.

YOU DON'T GIVE A PASS TO ANYONE/S WHO GUT YOU, NO MATTER THE REASON. Y'ALL NUKAS NEED TO MAN UP.

I was ****ed when he did the u and throat slash, that's how my old canes would
do.Whip that are and let you know about it.I didn't realize how badly coached this team is on both sides of the ball.I played football but man every game I watch whenever M lewis is in on that one back set we run.its crazy it makes me wonder if Golden has coley call a conservative game and I won't waste my time on the defense **** our 2001 team would lose 3 or 4 games with this coaching staff

Classless. Asking for one of our guys to cheap shot teddy? You reek of fanboy sour grapes. If our team doesn't like being mocked, maybe we should stop them on the field. Bunch of pussies on this board. We deserved to get mocked. ,

You also realize that Jimmy Johnson emptied the benches in blowouts and told second and third teamers to make plays (not play patty-cake). You never saw Steve Walsh or Vinny Testaverdi playing late in a 30-40 point game. How else were we able to "reload" every year?

On his last drive Jenkins had a chance to light him up pretty good. He somehow whiffed. And that is how the night went....

Not butthurt over the throat slash.

When Brock did it against Florida it was ok and the fans went crazy. Teddy does it and now its not ok?

Can't have it both ways.

I would argue not hating his cross-dressing *** is the softer move.

Having it both ways is Alpha, in case ya didn't know.

You're not supposed to like it when someone punches you in the junk.

Kid walked the walk. Kid talked the talk. No shame in that. Shameful was that out team didn't show up. Do your thing Teddy.

Didn't care for Bridgewater or the Louisville act - both players and coaches on sidelines. But more agitated that Miami let them kick sand in their face all night without fighting back. Where's the **** passion and fight? Louisville is blowing up Crawford and laughing their asses off. Strong is leading the sideline threatrics. Bridgewater is still in the game late padding his stats . . . and Al is unemotional on the sidelines and the players are following his lead. The only saving grace was to see Tyrone Cornelius, in his final act, knock that dude silly.

This team is charmin soft I'm sure our whole team wanted an autograph and Facebook pic with him right after the game

Like I said, I know we did it. I fully expect other fanbases to hate us for it. I loved our players for being able to talk all day and back it up which is exactly what Bridgewater did. If I was a Louisville fan or someone who hated Miami, I would have loved it.

As a Miami fan, I didn't realize I was supposed to just accept and be pals with a player who does it to us. I guess we should all root for Bridgewater now. It's obvious our players didn't give a **** that he just disrespected their team while their all being cool with him at the end of the game with hugs and laughs. I guess you guys are right, if the players don't even give a **** that he just mocked their program, then why should the fans. That attitude is why suck. Our players just got raped on the field and rather than fight back, we laid down and took it and said thank you at the end.
