This info is legit. A national guy on 247 said carter told them he may take a ov to miami this weekend.

shyheim carter, tyler byrd, and malek young are all corners at the next level...... we have elder and redwine this upcoming year so we only need 1 or maybe 2 of them to really show up as a freshman..... than after next year you will have all 3 with some experience. I'll take that everyday without thinking about a dumb switch to safety

You're the only one making sense itt and I agree with u. Its a lot harder to find a kid that can play safety and cb. Play him at safety and go find another kid to play strictly corner. According to most on here, CBs grow on trees in sfla. The last set of coaches did Gunter a disservice by not letting him play safety.

Assuming we get both Byrd and Carter...someone like Redwine or Jackson-Kerr moves back to safety if there ends up being a logjam.

Redwine is not moving to saftey. Kid is a pretty good corner and right now is probably our #2 CB coming into the year so don't know why you would even consider moving him regardless of who we land.
