Naturally I don't know 100% but natural recruiting deductive reasoning will tell you that he is...Has a couple kids, from the middle of SEC country in a state that usually sends its top kids to lsu, being pursued by 3 major sec schools, and is playing games during recruiting.

What games has he been playing? I'm curious.

None that I've seen, other than keeping quiet. Bruce has him beat by 10,000 miles with "game playing"

He was a one time bama commit, goes on to visit lsu with bama gear on and is openly knocking lsu commits/recruits, etc.

There is a good vibe between Carter and Miami, There seems to be a silent confidence with the players and other recruits from his official visit that he's gonna pick Miami. He could be good at playing the recruiting game but I'd say its 50-50 between us and Alabama and it's hard to count LSU out so we'll see.
