If you qualify for the shingles vaccine, I urge you to get it. November 4 i started getting soreness under my left arm, did a lot of yard work day before plus changed rear brakes so figured body aches.

Day before we're supposed to leave for GT, i break out with shingles. Progressively got worse until last Tuesday when i left work to go to ER, pain was so acute.

Toradol is a monster and I love it, but short lived. It's been painful but on the back 9 of it. One of worst things I've dealt with.

I missed that and regret it 100%. When i started this thread, it came up, maybe should have just posted in that. My doctor said i can get it in 2-3 months and i will. I know it's rare it reoccurs but not going to chance it. Crazy pain. Itching and burning at same time.

Brothers,

Until you experience shingles you have no idea of the pain you are in for.

As I mentioned my wife was out of town and called to check in and all she got was me moaning in torment pain as I was rolling back and forth in bed.
I’ve had the shot and booster couple months after at Publix after your first shot they’ll contact you for your booster.

This thread is reminding me to check with pharmacy to see if I need a new shot.

I looked like one huge oozing blistering body when I had shingles.

If you have shingles you need MEDS for sure and you’ll be washing your bed sheets due to the BLISTER SEEPAGE from your body.

HEED THE WARNING IT YOU’LL REGRET IT OMG YOU WILL

Brother,
Pain made me question at first if I was having a heart attack it was that bad.

Once the oozing blisters dry up your good , and get booster.
