A&M/Miami the fact he’s not (publicly) committed to Miami let’s you know that despite what y’all might think A&M is an attractive spot for him. College station today ain’t the college station y’all might have known years ago lol
 
If he isn’t coming to Miami, he better go to Alabama or OSI, cause no other program makes sense.

I mean, the way A&M is bagging kids up this cycle it’s an attractive spot for most.

Bro… TAMU doesn’t put more DL in the league than Miami. TAMU DL coach doesn’t have NFL experience. College Station has nothing on Miami. Tamu isn’t winning anything anytime soon. Not saying Miami is going to. His NIL would definitely be more lucrative at Miami than at TAMU. Our D-Line with him and Njaylik Kelly would be scary. Again… only Alabama and OSU would make sense.

We gotta live in current times. A&M will have a first round pick on the interior DL (where Shemar will end up) this year. Another the next year.. without the orange and green shades what do you think Miami is winning anytime soon in comparison to A&M? They will win 10 and we should win 10 as well. Yes the city of Miami is fire. And their d-line would still be better than ours if they sign everything they’re supposed to sign. Let’s say he picks A&M. They’re expected to land bear as well.. you add him to a d-line with Shemar Turner (5 star) tunmise Adeleye (near 5 star he was a top 40 recruit in the nation), donnell harris, McKinley, Jackson etc.. they have more talent than our d-line has. Take away LT what other top 50 rated player do we have on the d-line besides nesta

Let’s not forget they put out Myles Garrett and while he isn’t exactly a DE, Von Miller is a pass rush specialist. They have history, recent history.

A&M is pushing for that top tier of school no doubt but eh, I dont know about this one. He would be playing with Taylor at UM and could potentially have Kelly on the opposite side, wont get better than that. Throw in scheme, recent draft success and an NFL level postion coach..... DE is one postion I would say Miami takes a backseat to no one.

Shemar isn’t gonna stick as DE. He’s huge. But even if he does he profiles closer to Myles Garrett than any other de we’ve had. And sure he could play with Taylor & Kelly like I just posted that’s still not more talent than A&M would have opposite him. They signed Shemar Turner a 5 star DL ranked nearly even with LT. They also signed a 5 star edge. The year before that they signed high 4 stars. Their recruits on the d-line outrank ours

Where he ultimately ends up is irrelevant since we are talking about his recruitment which is at DE (his admittedly preferred position).

We can agree to disagree but in my opinion, Miami gives up nothing to A&M in regards to being a desired landing spot for a high school DE for the reasons I listed previously (this has nothing to do with other positions). Im not going to search through a database and add up points for one extra star somewhere and I cant imagine he would either. If he goes to A&M its because it was a better financial offer, plain and simple.

We can agree to disagree. But for the record A&M is recruiting him as a DL and they’re open with him about it and he’s receptive (sure it could be money) but that’s why I keep bringing it up. Regardless we’ll see
 
THEIR IS ONLY $$ONE$$ REASON YOU would ever consider going to school in College station than Miami.

They have TWO top 5 finishes in the past 60 years! They won 1 NC, back in 1939.

Let's not get ridiculous around here.
