The thing about the portal is it put zero risk on these kids to make a truly committed decision upfront. They can sign for any reason - money, coach, handler, girls, teammates, etc., and know in 6 months they can bounce with zero repercussions.

It will be interesting to see how this all goes the next few years......do they stick around? Do they bounce? Do they stay in the public light or get lost in the shadows?

you are right it would be disaster for this kid to go to JSU. however where there is smoke there is usually fire....

in any event, big time college football programs are like riding in a top of the line Mercedes and JSU is like riding in a Honda Civic. you can't reason or concern yourself with someone who would rather ride in a civic when you can ride in a S class Benz for the same price. if he goes there at least he isn't playing major college football and we don't have to worry about him.

Bruh I'm in another country missing this whole american side of the tour. Last tour they did was in Virginia when they did a show in ATL and then moved to GA when they did a show in NC(super close to my part of VA). Cant win lol

That's why TAMU supposedly is structuring NIL deals to be multi-year, paid over time rather than a bag up front. Keeps guys from quickly transferring.

Also why none of us should be shocked when they take the Jackson St money upfront with the idea that they can still get another pay day.

Over 80 individual pages and 2000 posts all I can say is we better get this guy or we might have to go on suicide watch. lol

Until the next team just covers the amount. It’s like having unvested shares in a company and the new one just gives you a bonus to cover it

I personally have never really got my hopes too high with this one. It looks like many of the other 5 star guys who have flirted with us all the way until the end only to turn their back on us. anyway who is CHSwildcat and why do we care what he says anyway?

Depends on the terms, no? I'm no lawyer, but I'm sure there's always language you can put in to make it more complicated.

Gut feeling but think he’s a Cane. As others mentioned going to JSU as a Dlinemen is a mistake. With Mario at the helm and Ruiz dropping bags I just feel the pull will be too much. He seems like a smart kid I believe he’ll make the right decision!!!
