I'm not playin' the "but he looked sad" game with these kids in these types of instances. It could occasionally be true but I'm more inclined to believe that "sad look" is just nerves knowing they're gonna have to lie when asked any questions at these things- just like Shemar did when he says he decided "just now".

And that's more of an indictment of the people around these kids and not necessarily them.

Exactly. And like a lot of us were saying…. and I specifically said… I won’t believe that we’ll win one of these with a handler until we actually do.

We were told by LCE ions back that he was going to the highest bidder. Yesterday we were told that the money deal at aTm was a decent amount bigger than what we had. Simple math I guess???

There will always be this type of SFL recruit here. There always has been. It sucks but it would suck more without the guys we did close on who we had zero shot at before Mario.
