Someone is going to have to explain how this is possible.

So everyone is saying from that one message board that TAMU is paying $25m this class

Perkins drops TAMU because the money had restrictions on him committing before getting the money confirmed….red flag

Not a SINGLE word about a specific amount has been leaked at all for a FULL class of 25 HS kids all getting $500k+ plus.

Yes, it’s the SEC, but NO reporter has said a word about it with any credibility.

When UM had a $500 a month payment released it was national news.

I just don’t refuse to believe each kid is getting that kinda money if Bryce Young was around $1m as the best player on the best team.

I wouldnt expect anything on 2/1.

Its how i approach it. That way I wont get disappointed. Y'all should too.

And no, this isnt a hint. Its just how I think about these things when it comes down to the wire.
Agreed. Either we are right or pleasantly surprised. Win/win.

I wonder if the TAMU and UGA fans are ripping him on public message boards and on twitter for him and all the world to see too.
If he can’t take it he should find a new profession.

If Coach Moe decides where to send Shemar based on what fans say, then sending him to TAMU or UGA isn’t the solution to keeping his pristine reputation intact. I mean if I really was a caretaker for a kid like Shemar & was “only doing what’s in his best interests” sending him to places where the fans will say much meaner & vitriolic things about him wouldn’t be the most ideal situation would it?

I get where you’re coming from, but the reality is no Canes fans are going to kiss Coach Moe’s *** or act like he’s some just some kinda innocent philanthropist who really just wants what’s best for Shemar & if us big bad meanie head Canes fans would just be a little more nicer to him then he would send Shemar to Miami...

That’s just not going to happen & trying to pivot blame to fans is some Manny Diaz type mentality. Mario is an ELITE recruiter & great HC, he’s a closer, Coach Moe is not picking Miami based on the fans, he shouldn’t be the one making the decision to begin with, but where Shemar decides to go will be based upon what he/they feel is best & who can provide them with the most opportunity to play early, make NIL money & get drafted in the 1st round, that’s what it boils down to.

If Coach Moe wants Canes fans to be more on his side or be nicer to him, he should either stop campaigning for attention or just shut the **** up altogether & no one will criticize his Tweets.

There’s several recruits I know personally who ask my advice about schools that are recruiting them, I advise them & tell them whatever information they wanna know & tell them to discuss it with their coaches & parents etc.. I could broadcast all over Twitter & make it known how much influence I have on their decision, but I don’t because it’s not my decision to make, I’m not the one who’s gonna be playing at any of these schools. If Moe really does mean well, he’s gone about his entire approach the wrong way, I know a lot of coaches who are heavily involved in high profile players lives & their recruitment & they would never Tweet about it in the same way that Moe does.

The issue with Moe is not Canes fans talking bad about him, it’s the way he presents himself in a matter that invites it.

I dont know if it is true or not in regards to rumors of what they are spending but some possible explanations:

"Perkins drops TAMU because the money had restrictions on him committing before getting the money confirmed….red flag"

I mean, looking at it from their side, I would not want to give money until you committed either - I would think you could sign a contract before with that being contingent, but maybe that is too close to pay for play. I would still think there was another way to do it.

"Not a SINGLE word about a specific amount has been leaked at all for a FULL class of 25 HS kids all getting $500k+ plus. " "When UM had a $500 a month payment released it was national news."

Miami's boosters are publicly saying this to try to attract attention. If aTm is really spending anywhere close to this, I assume that they are purposefully keeping it quiet b/c of the outrage it would cause if confirmed and reached mainstream audiences. News outlets don't usually run with this type of thing unless they can get very solid sources (this isnt the same as saying we are hearing person x is interested in a certain job). And the recruiting sites probably don't want to **** off aTm and lose access.

But yeah, I tend to agree with you. This all seems a little too fantastical in terms of dollar amounts.

Tell Dan Lambert to scrap the 500/month player NIL deal and just give the full 600k to Shemar. That might help.

I don’t think Miami could have hired anyone better for the program than Mario Cristobal. I firmly believe Miami will be back sooner rather than later. so it’s okay to be frustrated but this class was lost until it wasn’t. The sun will shine on the U once again here soon. Keep that in mind and you’ll be just fine regardless of Shemar
That’s the way I look at it, a couple weeks ago this class was dead in the 60’s under Manny. What Mario has done, getting us to 38 in such a short span is nothing short of a miracle. Mario’s first class and the real class to be on the lookout for is the 2023 class.

everyone thinks he violating crootin rules but in reality he signed already so it’s legal

jk… maybe, idk

What state are you in? You can’t be that woke in Florida. But really, he couldn’t officially visit if he signed already. But maybe one school has a grant in aid.
