good stuff, put that potential to good use unlike alot of these star athletes

Shavar had 2 sacks tonight

I don't think i can post the video clips on here since they are on my phone

15 credits and a full schedule of football for a freshman is too much. IMO. The first semester is always the toughest. It's good to get in early and get a good balance started from the get go. Transitioning is the toughest part. Once you get the hang of it, things fall into place.

Al Golden up late recruiting sent Shavar a fackbook message at 12:34am this morning say "He is ready to meet Shavar and his family"

I can honestly say I think he likes all the attention miami is giving him, they are recruiting him the hardest for sure right now.

No it isn't. A lot of schools start them with 15 or 16, albeit, one or so will be a gimmie class. 15 credits is not hard.

Al knows priority recruits, and shavar is as big a priority as they come. We need his talent.

Id like to know what Jrock has to say in regards to the result of the game impacting Shavar in anyway?

Its funny you asked that because Jethro text his last night and asked him "Would um lossing like that affect them recruiting him"

It was the 1st game so there is a long way to go but he's not a front runner type so wins/loses arnt as big to him unless it just gets really bad like uf last year, I would say player development is more important. An example of him not caring about wins/losses right now in high school he had the chance to go to any of the top schools in tampa (Plant, Armwwod.....etc) and turned them down to go to Blake his neighborhood school.

As far as the coaching staff he is more of a miami fan then a Al Golden fan so that won't affect him.

I know you are speaking the truth, but I can't believe that our coaches will actually ask that question.

then again, his job is on the line with this player...
