2025 Shamar "Dudie" Arnoux 4* CB from GA (USC Commit)

I like this kid's sophomore tape…So if there's a step forward, he's a definite take. Couldn't find junior tape

Track time had to be bad, injury, etc...
He didn’t play his junior year. Had some issues. Transferred to Carrollton and he has been on a straight path ever since

This week, Miami extended an offer out to Carrollton (Ga.) cornerback Shamar Arnoux, who is committed to USC. The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder is originally from Broward County, so an opportunity to play his college ball in the Sunshine State is enticing.

"It definitely meant a lot because I'm originally from Florida," Arnoux told InsideTheU over the phone on Friday. "It would feel good to play back home."

"I do got schools trying to flip me. You got Colorado, Auburn, Florida State, Oregon," Arnoux said.

"They basically saying they like my speed and my physicality. There's not too many high school corners doing what I'm doing," Arnoux said.

"I'm going to go to the Florida State vs. Miami game," Arnoux said. "I know Miami got a good history of [defensive backs]. I got some home boys that play for them and I could see them developing." Arnoux knows starting safety Jaden Harris, who is also from the Atlanta area, and sees that he's getting better at Miami.

As far as other trips on the calendar, Arnoux plans to visit USC this coming weekend and will return for the Penn State game next month. Colorado is also on the schedule.

If Riley wants you on defense, think I’ll pass lol
Not sure it's a matter of evaluation with Riley. They've gotten good recruits and transfers in there, but haven't really done anything with them.

I'm old enough to remember when everyone was raving about USC's vastly improved defense after Week 2. Ah, back when I was young.

Their DC D’-Anthony Lynn is from the Ravens/Michigan Harbaugh family tree and is really highly thought of. He also played CB at Penn St and coached DB for years in the NFL with Houston and Baltimore.

I don’t mind taking Lowe and this kid from them.

That said I hope his track time was because of injury or something

Injuries especially to the LB Gentry has really hampered USC the last 3-4 weeks.
