When both kids live with in an hour of your campus it’s a miss. When add to the fact that Michigan usually keeps decent local football players home that then reinforces the miss.

The same way any local 5-star leaving the hometown team hanging is a loss. It's a loss because a player of that quality isn't playing for the hometown team, regardless of their lack of interest in said school.

All of the 5-stars that left SoFla, but Miami "never had a shot at" are still losses for the program.
