That's what I don't understand. Dykstra gotta go. He was out of his comfort zone in paradise camp. Not even in the right league.

We need kids that have been in the best competition, they are easier to evaluate and rarely don't pan out. Keep these dudes home

So are you saying those Iowa offensive linemen don't pan out! Iowa wanted Dykstra badly and last time I checked U of Iowa knows a thing or two about producing quality linemen. Yes Dykstra has a learning curve to adjust to south florida heat and speed especially considering it was his first time in south Florida and is was the summer. Don't sleep on the Iowa kid.

I know the history Iowa has with offensive lineman, but are the Hawkeyes even interested in the kid? I know Iowa State is but I don't think Iowa actually is. That's a sign right there. I just don't think he's one of the ones that fits the typical Iowa OL mold.

If he ends up in the class, please prove me wrong because we can use anything.

Just looked at his profile too, didn't know he was an EE. **** it. Keep him in the class and pray that he can help us out in anyway

He needs to be an EE as he claims a best bench press of 255! Weight room like crazy.

Zykstra only benches 255? I'm hoping that was as a sophomore or something. I have a 5'10 185 lbs junior in HS wide receiver doing more than that

Remember HUDL films before the recent change in format? It was where the players could post of the left hand side of their game film their Nike Combine numbers and other data like bench and squat. Well just before they changed the format a month or so ago it said bench bench press 255.

DT Nesta Silvera class 2018 who was able to bull rush and power through most of the Ol-guys at least once is low built but huge.
At the Nike Combine in March he was measured at 6-1 and 313 pounds. He is rather agile and his 40 and short shuttle were among the top for linemen. Despite the build was able to do a 24 inch vertical. The only draw back is height but first step and explosive power is there. Dolcine did a pretty good job on him.

Nesta was probably AH second best ol last year at guard. He definately was the most nastiest. I guess their letting him play straight dt this year..the position he likes more.
