Seantrel Henderson opens camp as Bills Starting LT

Failed drug test before September is done. Nostradamus has spokith.

You 'vern 2.0??

(Vern...don't always see eye to eye w/ you, but you're a good dude. Just wonderin' if someone else is gonna start prognosticating.) :)

I'd certainly say that's quite an opinion piece. Worst starter you've ever seen his first year? How many sacks did Henderson give up that year?

As for worst starter on the OL, you clearly missed Tyler McMeans.

The OL looks like it always has under him minus two years. Lots of talent there, at least highly sought after recruits, who get their **** shoved in against good competition. The short yardage push they get is non-existent. The constant shuffling of players that makes them Jack of all trades, masters of none.

Soldinger was a good coach who had I believe thought he should be doing more than just coaching RB's. Add to the fact he was getting on in years, he was easy to let go for Coker unfortunately. Regarding Kehoe, you'd be nuts saying his firing wasn't justified. His lack of opportunity afterwards in getting another decent job demonstrates a number of his weaknesses.

Edit: Henderson was never bad, he just never lived up to the massive amount of expectations he came with. Add in the off the field stuff, that's why some people were down on him and the NFL waited until late in the draft since they take that stuff more seriously than anything. It's almost comical those who said he'd fail at the next level. If healthy, he'll play 10+ years....bank on it.

That's some OL coach we've got in Kehoe. He was fired for a reason and went to Mississippi for a year then to the California Redwoods (who, what, really?), and then our outstanding HC thought he'd be a good guy to have back. Brilliant!

Since Kehoe's return, every OL he has coached has steadily improved, some dramatically. Feliciano's progress has been remarkable. In Henderson's first season, he was terrible. Maybe the worst starter I have ever seen. As a senior, he had improved a little bit as a run blocker and became the best pass blocker in the last 6 years-better than Fox or Franklin. Your are obviously convinced that Kehoe is incompetent, and you let that blind you to what is actually happening. The fact that he was fired proves nothing and there were indications that it was a hasty and desperate move on Coker's part. Coker also fired Solinger, do you consider Solinger a terrible coach?

LOL, Kehoe sucks. Last year the O-line was supposed to be the strength of this team...it wasn't. We have had issues in short yardage almost every year he has been O-line coach.

Kehoe was fired because he sucked. His jobs after the U says it all.

As for Don, the best RB coach in the history of the U. The issue was he was an opinionated and cranky old man. He let his mouth get him in trouble.

what a lie. Henderson's first season may have been his best. he started almost every game and was named to a freshman all american-team. not saying that i agree kehoe is to blame but don't start making things up to make a point

Here's an article talking about him as a player, off the field issues, etc. I'd say it doesn't read very well for Kehoe or Swasey.

Still chuckling about him being the worst starter ever as a Frosh. Too **** funny.

He was absolutely terrible: the second worse run blocker and the third worse pass blocker in the past 6 years. Absolutely miserable at the point of attack. Do you actually think the voters watch tape of all the freshman OL in college football? The voting was on hype, nothing more. Henderson was a 5 star recruit and he was starting, so they figured he must be great. He was not.

To me, inconsistency sounds like he's been coached but for whatever reason he's not doing it correctly all the time. Is that coaching or is that the player not putting in the work? Same thing goes for strength, Swasey can't lift the weights for him so Henderson can be strong.. he's got to want to be strong and put in the work. Henderson seemed to have a desire and drive issue and we saw the results for four years. He's got everything he needs, if he fails it's on him.

I'm not sure who is at fault here, but what I do know is that it seems many of the great UM players, put the WORK in. Thus, they worked hard to maximize their talents. I never really got the feeling SH was putting in the work...seems he was just biding his time.

Albert Breer:
Bills rookie LT Seantrel Henderson left practice earlier. Was with the 1s, in place of Cordy Glenn (illness). Chris Hairston is there now.

So much for that.

If you want to ***** about the o-line not performing to expectations last year be my guest. But to claim Henderson is finally getting corched up IN JULY BY A PRO O-LINE CORCH THAT I KNOW NONE OF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT is loood-i-cris. Mope on, mopers.

1st round talent with a free agency mindset. I really hope he has already had his "wake up call." Get his mind right and he'll have one **** of a career.

That's what is hilarious to me. Has Kehoe forgot everything he has saturated over the last 33 years? I doubt it.

Does he have no idea how to motivate these youngsters?

I doubt it.

Primadonna now gets to fight 4 a job. If he wins it, and becomes big time, I bet he attributes a bit to Art.

Not my fault that Doug Maroone and his staff gets you excited. You lease a car off him or something?

Some of you guys are hilarious. Seantrel has been with Buffalo for a couple months and you are claiming he is excelling because he finally has real coaching lol.....

Nobody is protecting this staff. It's clear Seantrel had issues here and that is what everyone is alluding to.
