Sean Taylor Day - RIP #26

He would be banned in today's NFL But I love him for that; dude was like watching a super hero on live TV as a young teenager learning the game.

Rest in peace to my favorite Miami Hurricane of all time, and a true mad man.

Sean Taylor would have speared Golden into a locker, and pulverized his face into a fat hamburger patty had he dared thanked him for his effort vs Duke.

Greatest Cane of all-time! The total package: speed, power, high football I.Q., aggressiveness, killer instinct, and swag to last a lifetime and then some. Seeing these videos brings back so many great memories. Forever in our hearts! May you R.I.P., ST!!!

I remember it like yesterday. I was in Belize with my wife on vacation. I walked over to the table to see my wife watching a television and crying. She said someone shot Sean Taylor. We watched the helicopter view of cops and cars in front of his home. I never though…….. what a terrible, terrible day that was. That day is burned into my memory. He was only a kid. There will never be another like him. He was JUST coming into his own. So much talent left on the table. He was going to go the NFL HOF one day, in my opinion. His time, legacy and greatness were taken from us all. RIP Missed and NEVER forgotten :stormwarning:

Late to the thread but he would have been the GOAT. The mold of a safety was broken with him. They have been trying to find Sean Taylors at S ever since but cant and will not. Glad I was around to see him play.

same here, other than being in Belize with you wife (wasn't me I swear)... Remember waking up in the middle of the night, checking my phone and seeing Sean Taylor Dead at 24. I was in shock, became teary eyed and was like someone punched me in the gut and nuts at the same time. Way too young and talented to go so soon. A reminder to keep things in perspective - young man had a lot
of unfinished business on the field, with his family and life, and then gone because people can't behave or work hard for their own ****. Sad.

R.I.P. to the legend. ST was the reason I became a Canes fan. He's easily the greatest player I've ever seen. He was finally coming into the prime of his NFL career.

It was only exhibition game. Pro Bowl in Hawaii. Didn't matter. The man can only play one way. A vicious hit on the ball carrier in a Pro Bowl game? Unheard of !!
