Sean "Pee Wee" Allen on Outside the Lines

Pee Wee left UM so he wouldn't have to talk to the NCAA. Then the NCAA hired Shapiros lawyer to depose him in the bankruptcy case. They put him under oath, had no choice to spill the beans.

This.

He was the heart of the ncaa's case. Fortunately, what he did divulge had to to be thrown out. Based on this, his testimony could not be included in the Notice of Allegations. Which is why I have a hard time understanding how the ncaa came up with "lack of institutional control."

Lol at *****ing because the guy didn't lie during his deposition. You have to be a ******* moron.

Pee Wee got screwed thru the illegal deposition fiasco by Shapior's lawyer and NCAA. He must have been threaten with jail time if he lied or withheld info.

Hope he screws the NCAA for what they did to him.

Then we can have one final photo shop of Mark Emmert as the FSU kicker and Pee Wee mocking him!!!

Honestly, I'd prefer that he just stop talking and would have preferred that he not take the interview. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that it doesn't hurt us.

My thoughts exactly. Don't trust his intelligence. The interviewer will try to extract dirt on both sides.

LOIC was in the works from the get-go. **** like this goes on every day. They're ****ed they can't get more dirt on Miami.

Heard on the radio that there was another development in the UM case. Wonder if this was it.

Hope he ****s all over Indianapolis.

They said another development and didn't elaborate? WTF? What is it top secret? I don't get it.

They have to match the 2 year bowl ban Miami self-imposed, thus the LOIC.

I don't buy that. If we're only getting hit with loic to justify the two bowl bans, then a deal would have to be in place. Donna wouldn't have gone the offensive the way she did if that was the casr.

We need to sweep the NCAA's leg and finish this.

YEP . . . They can't use anything he said, so it does nothing for him to run his mouth now beyond risking blurting out sht they can NOW use against us. Stupid, stupid, stupid to do that interview.

Maybe. Either way, deal or no deal, they had to give Miami an LOIC. They have to (and will) give at least a two year bowl ban. Zero or one is not an option for them. The uproar of the NCAA dragging out a 2 year investigation on the word of a con man, only to hand Miami a one year bowl ban after Miami was essentially forced to self impose two, would be far louder than any they've heard thus far.

If you are implying we will get two more bowl bans you are on ******* crack.

Dude is a weasel, mishandled this whole thing, and I turned on him for good after he went running his mouth to the Herald after he cleared his verbal bowels in the deposition.

He lied at first, folded like a cheap suit during the deposition, and then just never stopped talking afterward. Not surprised he's resurfacing.

Luckily, I don't think any of Pee's Wee found its way into the NOA, at least if you're to believe the impression left by the NCAA and its throwing out of Allen's deposition.

Still, ***** this guy. Even if this interview angles to hang the NCAA. You already turned, bro.

Really stupid comment! You don't lie in a deposition

That'd be news to 80% of folks I've ever deposed.

And RE: coming baptismally clean in his deposition:

Allen implicated Golden in that Bridgewater dinner charade during that deposition. Sang like a canary. A loud one.

In regards to legal proceedings, there are shades to these things: There's lying, not lying, telling the truth, over-sharing, and everything in between.

Allen didn't do us any favors.

A weasel's ferret.

That wasnt peewee FWIW

Here's hoping Pee Wee loves Miami and thinks twice about what he says. This is his home and he has to live here, Maria Perez won't be able to live a decent life here and she's likely to be disbarred.
