With the previously announced portal entries (and more to come soon), does anyone know exactly where we currently stand in terms of numbers available via high school and portal?

By my count, we have 19 high schoolers committed. I believe 21 players were recognized for senior day (some were walk-ons).

Naw we had about 84 players on
Scholarship 22 season.

We would probably sign in between 23-26 for class of 23. We probably sign 12-17 transfers..
The number will work itself out..

Yeah I expect another 10+ to hit the portal, I know it’s not set in stone but was just curious on how the numbers currently look

Those are the recent Transfer, we had a few earlier this year,(Marcus Clake, 5K.Smith)

I can see 8 more offensive players entering the Portal(4OL easy)
7 more on the Defensive side.

This is how I see it to.How do we bring in 35-40 new players unless we go down to 45-50 total of the current players.We will need massive departure to make room.
 
Right now I have 61 scholarship players right now. I didn't count any commits because they are not officially here and you never know between now and signing day.

I can easily see another 13-15 players entering the portal without any real surprises being included.

1 QB, 1-2 RB's, 3-5 OL's, 3-4 DL's, 2-3 DB's

Matocha is graduating, smart kid

edit: not being a smart ***, I believe he is getting an MBA and has a wall street type job already lined up

IC rules suspended for this year.

Only thing that matters is the overall 85 counters.

And we won't know where we stand on that until everyone enters the portal.

Does that mean Mario didn’t invite him back?

Sheesh not sure I’ve heard of a head coach doing this on such a large scale Just to find better talent and not due to other circumstances
