Which will suck bigtime. Well, I guess we will know for sure in a month if not sooner. Golden wants two RB because he specifically mentioned two in that excuse piece with Ferman. If we lose Scarlett it's going to be compounded by us reaching for someone else. Just watch.

Scarlett is the type of back we so desperately need. A big, strong power back with elite size and speed.

We needed it last year, and whiffed on Michel and Cook. The year before, Collins.

Yearby slurpers can talk about his vision and cuts all they want, but he isn't close to those three.

Losing Scarlett would be devastating.

keep an eye out for random RBs being asked to come in for a visit over the next few weeks. That will be the tell tale sign that we're in trouble with Scarlett.

The only thing I see playing into our hands is early playing time and playing close to home. Scarlett and Bruce's parents like Miami but ultimately these kids are going to choose where they feel what will be good for them.


This one is going to be a nail biter till signing day.



Now don't get me wrong. I love Walton but we need more than just 1 runningback in this class. We NEED Scarlett.
 
Mark Walton has always been my favorite in this class and i believe he is better then Scarlett. is scarlett Fast yes but Walton is way tougher. we need a grinder like Walton. do i still want Scarlett **** yeah dude brings an unbelievable skill set and you can never have enough RBs but Walton is my type of RB. we do need another RB in this class no matter what.
 
its over man, but maybe thats what we need right now, dont beg for nobody to fail but from what you hear from high-school coaches about Golden, Why all these kids are choosing different schools, we've lost our local kids for good under this clown, i wouldnt send my kid to UM seeing what he's done to Tracy Howard's career and few others... once that "3&2" with nobody stacked inside the box picture came out, i pretty much knew, all we are to Al and Doritos is OJT, and an experiment for these 2 con artists to keep getting away with what theyre doing... WE'RE FKED

btw Geo, this guy's presser mentions 2016-2017.. do u see what's going on here? He's ALREADY making excuses on why we should keep him until 2017... this is detrimental and i fear we will ultimately wind up SMU status before its said and done... it at the end was a slower death penalty...
 
lets be real. Golden has a good record with RB's. he turned lamar miller, mike james, bernard pierce into solid NFL players and he developed Duke. Duke is faster, stronger, and better as a pass receiver than when he got here. Scarlett would be groomed well under Ice. he is an idiot to go to FSU
 
we're missing our turn in the florida power rotation its now a ping pong game between FSU and UF

If we lose Scarlett to UF*g, that will be 4 elite RBs from SoFla that we lose to other schools in the last two years.

UF fans are the ones trying to get this thing going... They are desperate and getting all lathered up. The venom will be flying and this is why WE HATE them sooo much! I wish JS would just squash it as it seems he really wants to be a Cane but that's what happens when local fans trash their own house...

The hits just keep on coming with this staff, what an absolute joke we have become. This is what happens when your AD says that a 6-7 record is progress and no changes are made. I just need to try harder to stop caring about this dumpster fire of a team.
 
Not sure why a rb wouldn't want to play here Miami continues to produce NFL rbs, currently has the better qb and o-line.

Scarlett must be kept.
 
Had to know this was going to happen!! It's the same record that's been playing for 4-5 yrs now.. Everyone buys Als crap way before NSD, but as it nears reality smacks them in the face and the make a career choice

Recruiting is all about relationships and trust now. if they feel they cant trust Golden which i can clearly see why. they know they can go somewhere else and get playing time easy. too me i get what your saying its simple. We have multiple starting NFL RBs and back ups with a good Oline. it simple but those relationships are key now and days.
