Mark Richt LOVES Miami, everything about it and he is going to win a championship here. He sees what he has in front of him and I think the other coaches see it as well. Enjoy the ride fellas. We been down too long. Heck, he may be the one to make Satan retire.

Although I think Richt is the goods and significantly better than our last three regimes, I still hold judgement due to last season. At several points in the year, it looked as if the game had evolved too much for Richt's play calling. This could have been simply because he didnt trust Kayaa, but I don't believe he will trust one of our QBs any more this year than last.

I seriously think Richt can consistently win the coastal and play in the ACCCG. Im holding judgement on winning it and then winning the playoff. I'd love to be wrong one day in the future.

Theres a lot to be happy about when compared to the last few regimes, though.

Had the honor of being at 5 national championship wins (and a few losses) NOTHING in sports compares to my Canes winning a decisive bowl game where the #1 spot is on the table. You stay in the stadium after the WIN, you just don't want to leave, you walk out slowly screaming! You kiss and hug anyone wearing anything remotely close to orange and green, my wife looks extra hot! You stay up until the next day partying! I have only had 5 of these "special days". I would like a few more... the sooner the better!!!!

We have never had this kind of success this early in the recruiting season. Yeas we may lose two or three but there are others waiting in the wings.

No one is disputing that CMR doesn't have a lot to prove; however, he is putting Miami in position to be successful. Recruiting is arguably the most important obstacle to winning and he is killing it, like he always has. For now, enjoy the process and let's worry about his coaching later in the Fall.
